Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of purchase.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused product in its original box with all manuals and accessories to ensure safe transport back to our warehouse.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and send the package to the return address provided by our team.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
